OBJECTIVE, SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
Kidzo Care (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to delivering products purchased from kidzocare.com (the “Platform”) in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping, delivery, and handling of orders placed through our Platform.
This policy applies to all customers who place orders through the Platform. By placing an order with Kidzo Care, you agree to the terms described in this Shipping Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once an order is successfully placed on our Platform, it will be processed by our team. Order processing generally includes product verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working business day.
Customers will receive an order confirmation notification via email or SMS after successfully placing the order.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
After the order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Kidzo Care will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe in such circumstances.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before completing the order.
Kidzo Care may offer free shipping promotions from time to time based on order value, promotional campaigns, or geographic location.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned before the order is confirmed.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value and will be displayed during the checkout process before payment confirmation.
The shipping charges applicable on orders placed through our Platform are as follows:
• ₹50 shipping charge will be applied to orders below ₹399.
• Free shipping will be provided on orders worth ₹399 or above.
From time to time, Kidzo Care may offer special promotional shipping offers or discounts. Such offers will be clearly displayed on the Platform during the promotional period.
All shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown to the customer before completing the order to ensure full transparency.
ORDER TRACKING
Once the order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or SMS.
Customers can track the status of their shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system using the provided tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact our customer support team.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement.
Customers are requested to ensure that:
• The shipping address is accurate and complete
• Someone is available to receive the package at the delivery location
If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery as per their policies.
Kidzo Care shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
UNBOXING VIDEO RECOMMENDATION
To ensure transparency and help us verify any issues related to damaged or missing items, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video when opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show:
• The sealed shipping package before opening
• The shipping label and package condition
• The entire unboxing process in a single continuous video
This video may be required when submitting claims for damaged, defective, or missing products.
Without proper evidence, including an unboxing video, our team may not be able to process such claims.
DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
While we work with reliable courier partners, there may occasionally be delays due to:
• Weather conditions
• Logistics disruptions
• Public holidays
• Remote delivery locations
If your order appears to be delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist in tracking the shipment.
In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, Kidzo Care will arrange a replacement shipment or refund, as deemed appropriate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Kidzo Care ships only within India unless otherwise specified on the Platform.
